The few has spoiled it for the many

are required to be on site on all visits.
I don't send or leave invoices.
​Payment is required in person
via cash or card on site.
I'm not able to accept payments over the phone.
No pre payments or cheques.
I can only visit if you are there.

I no longer offer repairs through third parties,
IE, letting agencies,
property management companies etc.
