I attend to domestic electric appliances in the customers home only,
(Not gas or where gas work could be required) .

I'm unable to offer repairs to hifi, wifi, tv, mobile phones etc.

Sorry I do not have a shop for you to visit or bring appliances to.

I do not attend to commercial appliances or commercial properties using domestic appliances.

I repair major domestic electric appliances only,
(Not small appliances, toasters, kettles, blenders etc)

Fees are charged for the time spent in your home repairing or quoting for repair.
I do not have a free call out policy,
All non guarantee visits are made on a chargeable basis as listed
however,
the fee is discounted if not repaired.

If I have to order parts needing a second visit to fit the parts
there is no extra charge for this,
the price is the same as if completed on first visit.

For safety reasons
I am unable to enter houses without the customer or an appropriate adult present
and/or where work is being carried out in the same area by another tradesman for example.
----------
Homes are not entered if only unattended minors (under 18yrs) are present.
---------
I offer a limited installation service to existing points.
As I work alone I have no assistance in moving appliances
this could cause possible damage to your home and myself.
The new appliance would have to be close to the installation area.
I am also unable to remove old appliances/packaging after installation.
(The old appliance would be left close to where it was installed)

Payments of fees are required during visit by :-
Credit or debit card, Cash,
Bank transfer.
No billing or invoicing for payments
and Cheques are no longer accepted.

Receipts are normally sent via email (PDF) on site
or hand written copies left by me.
